The crankcase cross-head slide of this type of vertical process piston compressor has cooling water, so that the lubricating oil of the slide is always in a low temperature state and prevents the oil mist from floating upward; also, the oil scraping tank also has a cooling water jacket (one On the one hand, the lubricating oil is kept in a low temperature state, and on the other hand, the oil scraping ring scrapes off the lubricating oil attached to the piston rod), and an oil baffle ring is arranged on the upper piston rod of the oil scraping tank, which finally prevents the lubricating oil from climbing up the piston rod.

Effectively prevent gas from contacting crankcase lubricating oil
A leakage gas return channel is designed on the side of the piston rod packing seal near the cylinder (recommended to return to the normal pressure collection area). The depressurized gas is designed with a pure hydrogen purge channel after multiple seals; and a nitrogen purge channel is designed behind it. Sweep and flush channels. In addition, there is an isolation chamber between the cylinder and the crankcase, which is flushed and purged with nitrogen; also, the crankcase of this vertical compressor is also pressurized and filled with nitrogen, which completely prevents the gas from contacting the crankcase lubricating oil.

Prevent gas leakage to the environment
For some special gases (flammable, explosive, toxic and harmful gases that are not allowed to leak into the environment), we use the closed crankcase of the labyrinth compressor to completely prevent the gas from leaking into the environment. Ensure that the whole machine has no leakage, safety and environmental protection.

Effectively improve the life of wearing parts
The vertical arrangement makes the working surface of the cylinder not bear the weight of the piston components, the friction between the piston ring, the support ring and the working surface of the cylinder is smaller and uniform than that of the horizontal compressor, and the piston ring and the piston ring will not be caused by the sinking of the piston assembly. Wear of the support ring. Therefore, the service life of wearing parts such as piston rings, support rings and cylinder liners of vertical compressors is longer than that of horizontal compressors.

Effectively improve the life of basic parts
The crosshead slide does not bear the weight of the crosshead, and the friction between the crosshead and the crosshead slide is much smaller than that of the horizontal compressor, so the service life of the crosshead and the crosshead slide of the vertical compressor is longer than that of the horizontal compressor. captain.
The piston rod runs vertically up and down, which is beneficial to the work of the packing. The friction between the packing ring and the piston rod is also smaller than that of the horizontal compressor, so the service life of the packing ring and the piston rod of the vertical compressor is also longer than that of the horizontal compressor.

Small footprint and high economic performance
The load of the vertical compressor causes the main body to produce tensile and compressive stress, so the shape of the body is simpler and lighter than that of the horizontal compressor. The inertial force of the reciprocating parts acts vertically on the foundation, and the foundation has a strong ability to resist vertical vibration, so the size of the vertical compressor can be made smaller, and the unit occupies a small area.
The vertical structure improves the friction state of the moving parts and effectively reduces the power consumption, so it is more energy efficient.
The vertical compressor unit is arranged in a single layer, and the construction cost is low.
