Jiangsu Xiya Petrochemical Equipment Co., Ltd. organized a unique group construction tourism activity on 7th November, 2024. The activity not only let us have a rest after busy work, but also we harvest precious team friendship and beautiful memories.

The destination is Tonglu, Hangzhou City, Zhejiang Province.

It is winter when we set out. However, it is still a season full of vitality and passion.

With the first ray of sunshine in the morning, we embarked on the journey of group construction tour. Along the way, people laughed and shared their life and work with each other. It is atmosphere full of happiness and warmth in the carriage.

The amazing scenery shocked us when we arrived at Tonglu.

Between mountains and rivers, we explored the mysteries of nature together, and felt the magic charm of nature. In the hiking, we supported each other, overcame challenges one by one. We felt deeply the power of teamwork.

That the company organized team construction dinner activity is an important part of the team construction activity.

Although departments work together for the company, we have not been familiar with each other yet. Taking this opportunity, the department leaders led their employees invited others in a toast, introduced themselves, which further decrease the distance between the departments, and let our relationship closer.

It is not a simple journey, further which is a spiritual baptism and subliming the team. Let us join hands to build a beautiful time, and contribute our strength and wisdom to the future of company.
At this moment, that some of the workers still struggle in the front line can not participate in the group construction activity with us, and provide service carefully to customers and let them satisfied. It is an indispensable part of stable development of the company that those workers sacrifice and pay. Please show respect to them.
